After considerable reflection on my own relationships and those of my friends, I've compiled a list of 8 signs that could shed light on the internal battles your man might be fighting.

1. He constantly seeks validation.
One of the most apparent signs of low self-esteem in a man is a constant need for validation.

Encourage him to engage in activities that build his self-confidence. This could be anything from hobbies, exercise and professional achievements.
